Year 9 Sports Challenge
31 girls from Broughton participated in the Year 9 Sports Challenge held on Monday 22nd June at IM Marsh Campus, Aigburth. This was a competition entered by lots of schools across the city, all competing in various sports, some of which we had never tried before!
During the morning, the girls got some coaching in their chosen sport. The afternoon was set aside for the competition. Our girls competed in four activities. Volleyball, American Flag, Indoor / Outdoor challenge and Ultimate Frisbee.

Congratulations to the American Flag, Indoor/Outdoor challenge and Ultimate Frisbee teams who all won their competition.
All the girls had a fantastic day and were a credit to our school ~ well done!
