Liverpool Schools 5-a-side Championships
In November, the year 7 5-a-side squad and the year 8 5-a-side squad each played in football tournaments, against other schools in the north of the city, to become champions of our area. They both won!
So both teams had to face the winners of the south of the city, to become ‘Champions of the City of Liverpool’.
The year 8 squad played against King David High School, our team played really well from the very start and won 7 - 1. |

They will try to become Merseyside champions in February.
The year 7 squad played against St. Julies in a very hard fought and even match. The score was 2-2 at full time…and so to penalties! Unfortunately we lost, and so took the silver medal, but we could not have tried harder!
